Customer Reviews
Good for parties, slow shipping
I ordered the Compostable Eco-Chic Cups for a backyard get-together. They held up well with both cold drinks and surprisingly, warm cider. The quality was good, definitely felt sturdy enough. My only real complaint was the shipping, it took a full week to get to me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I expected. Overall, they were a good value for what I paid.
Detailed review of my recent order
I placed an order for several items last week: the Compostable Eco-Chic Bowls, Bioplastic Straws, and a few packs of Eco-Friendly Forks. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I received an order confirmation email almost immediately. Shipping took about 6 business days to arrive in upstate New York, which was within the estimated window provided. All items were well-packaged in a single cardboard box with minimal plastic, which I appreciated. The bowls were surprisingly robust, holding a good amount of chili without any leakage or signs of weakening. The straws were standard bioplastic, fine for cold drinks, but I didn't test them with hot beverages. The forks were sturdy enough for most foods, though I imagine they might struggle with something like a very thick steak. Customer service wasn't needed, but the overall experience was smooth and efficient. I'd recommend for anyone looking for genuinely compostable options.
Good stuff for parties
Needed some plates for a party, so I grabbed the Compostable Dessert Plates. They showed up pretty quick, maybe 4 days. They worked out great, no complaints. Everybody thought they looked nice. Good experience.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third time ordering from EcoChic, and they were reliable as ever. I got the Compostable Cutlery Sets again for our office picnic. The previous orders, including the Compostable Eco-Chic Bowls, arrived on time and the products were always exactly as described. This time was no different; the cutlery was strong and didn't break easily. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Hey, thinking about grabbing a bunch of stuff for a party next month. Are these cups and plates actually good for hot food? Like, will they get all weird if I put chili in them?
wondering if anyone has actually returned anything from EcoChic? Their policy seems straightforward but sometimes it's a nightmare with online stores.
